RPG Programmer Analyst (Position DF-RP-CC)   Daffron & Associates, Inc. is currently recruiting for an RPG Programmer/Analyst in Victoria, TX. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training or experience. Minimum of 5 years experience required. The successful candidate will work directly with one of our clients to  manage and resolve issues.  They will be required to design, code, test, install, document programs, and enhance existing programs to ensure that data processing systems continue to meet users’ needs. Essential qualifications include: Knowledge of iSeries command language and RPG IV/ILE programming. Ability to investigate and resolve issues for customers, utilizing system documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Object Oriented Language (i.e. JAVA) is a plus.

RPG IV/ILE Programmer (Position DA-RP-WS) The successful candidate must be detail oriented and comfortable working in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or technical equivalent desired. Qualified applicants will have experience with RPG IV/ILE and IBM iSeries.
