Technology

Adding to our highly successful IBM iSeries-based products, Daffron is delivering a new open version of its Customer Information, Financial, and Material management software. Our new suites of utility-focused software are developed with a J2EE  tool set utilizing Java, SQL, and a browser interface, complying with open standards for database and operating system independence, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Daffron Integration X Platform or iXp is all about helping our customers achieve a more fully integrated operating environment by providing tools and services that enable Daffron's utility software to integrate with non-Daffron applications. At the end of the day, an integrated enterprise platform of Daffron products and third party technology helps customers achieve their most important business objectives.  

Services
For solution implementation, Daffron employs an effective project management methodology and web-based tools orchestrated by an experienced project manager to insure open communication, issue resolution, and delivery of on-time and on-budget projects.

For training/education, Daffron offers a complete menu of courses for Daffron and non-Daffron products. Our convenient Education website enables on-line registration for workshops and access to course descriptions, education materials and more. We offer customers the option of training at Daffron's facility or at their location.

Once you are up and running our Help Desk is ready to take care of any questions or issues that might arise throughout your relationship with Daffron. Using toll free numbers, e-mail and on-line support, Daffron insures access to knowledgeable staff when you need it, 24/7.

Programming services are also available to assist our clients with converting data and tailoring Daffron's base package to meet unique business or integration requirements. Our project methodology and quality assurance process help insure that the changes requested match the software delivered.

Semi-annually, through our Advisory Group Meetings, we invite executives from our customer organizations to share their perspective on industry trends and issues facing their own utilities.  This type of input is critical to insuring our plans meet our customers' needs. Annually, we also conduct a User Group Meeting, offering many sessions covering a diverse range of topics directed to a variety of experience levels and disciplines.
