The Daffron Technical Department can help! We are offering a Technical Service Provider (TSP) solution to keep your IBM System i up-to-date and trouble free. By allowing Daffron to be responsible for your System i, there will be more time for your staff to take care of other issues at hand.

Services Provided

• Load or assist loading software releases, including IBM, Daffron, and ShowCase
• Troubleshoot hardware issues
• Assist when contacting IBM for hardware or software issues
• Provide system operator services Monday – Friday, 8.a.m. to 5 p.m. CST
• Provide one on-site trip per year (travel and living expenses will be billed)
• Provide free after hours phone support for up to 4 hours per month.
• Schedule periodic system saves (you load the tape and we will do the rest) LAN console required
• Schedule for tasks determined by Daffron staff
• Additional services, as required
